About AAHP

The Arkansas Association of Health-System Pharmacists is dedicated to the advancement of the practice of health-system pharmacy in Arkansas. Members include Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Emerging Practitioners, and Students.

AAHP was founded in 1957. We are incorporated as a 501c(6) nonprofit in the state of Arkansas. Our volunteer Board of Directors are responsible for the governance and strategic direction of AAHP. Our volunteer Councils coordinate continuing education, advocacy, membership engagement, and other efforts. AAHP is a state affiliate of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacy.

Attention Students: Submit for the 2024 John Newton Memorial Scholarship

Calling all P3’s and P4’s! Please consider applying for the 2024 John Newton Memorial Scholarship.

Deadline: October 11!

This scholarship aims to promote lifelong education and leadership in future pharmacists by providing an *ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting registration for one P3 or P4 student.

Award recipient will be announced at the Awards Ceremony at the AAHP Fall Seminar on October 18.

*Scholarship value not to exceed $390 (cost for student registration for an ASHP member). Travel and other expenses not provided.
