The 2026 Fall Seminar will take place Thursday, October 22 & Friday, October 23 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Join the Arkansas Association of Health-System Pharmacists (AAHP) for our premier educational event of the year—the 2026 Annual Fall Seminar. This two-day event gathers pharmacy professionals from across Arkansas for clinical education, networking, and engagement, and we’re excited to invite you to showcase your products and services as an exhibitor.

PrimeAccess Session

This exclusive networking opportunity connects vendors with Arkansas’ top hospital and health-system pharmacy directors. Each participating company will rotate through a series of brief, one-on-one meetings with key decision-makers.
Fee: $750 (in addition to exhibitor package)
Note: The $750 fee covers one rotating group. If your team splits into multiple groups, each will require a separate registration.
Booth Information
- 8x8 single booth or 16x16 double booth options
- Includes skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, and identification sign
- Booths assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis
