The 2024 AAHP Annual Fall Seminar will be held October 17-18, 2024 at the Holiday Inn Little Rock Airport Conference Center. 

The 2024 AAHP Fall Seminar Planning Committee is seeking those interested in presenting a poster. The Fall Seminar will include an opportunity for original scholarly work on research and professional practice topics or unique case reports to be presented in poster format.

Poster presentations should focus on topics relevant to pharmacy practice and pharmacy-focused scientific research. They should address issues relevant to pharmacy professionals including best practices to encourage sharing of initiatives among health-systems. Submissions by pharmacists, residents, fellows, students, and technicians will be considered. Posters will be designated to categories (pharmacist, student, etc.) based on primary author. Expenses associated with the presentation of the poster are the responsibility of the presenter and registration for the seminar is required. Posters will be presented live, in-person on Thursday, October 17 th beginning at 5:00 PM. The winning poster in each category will receive a monetary award from AAHP. Winners will be announced during the Award Luncheon on Friday, October 18th. 

AAHP serves its membership by pursuing common goals; through representation to private and public agencies and to the other health care organizations; and by promoting pharmacy as an essential component of the health care team.

Abstract Submissions (400 word limit):

• Submission Deadline: September 13, 2024 at 5 PM CST
• Submit your abstract here.
• Abstracts for research should contain 4 sections: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion; (text only, no figures or graphs)
• Abstracts for case reports should contain 3 sections: Introduction, Description, and Discussion; (text only, no figures or graphs)

The submitting author will be notified via email of acceptance.
